Purchasing any of our products does not imply a booking, so it is necessary to book in advance. Send an email or call the hotel where you have purchased the experience. You will find this information in the product description.
Can I buy a voucher to give as a gift to someone else?
Of course, the person who buys the voucher does not have to be the beneficiary of the service.

I haven't received the confirmation voucher, what can I do?

Does the product I bought expire?
Yes, all our products are valid for 12 months. You have plenty of time to come and enjoy them.
How do I know my order number?
We will send it to you along with your order confirmation by email. This booking receipt will be the one you will have to present at the hotel when you arrive on the booked date.
I want to return my purchase
Sorry, all products in our online shop are Non-Refundable. However, we do accept date changes free of charge subject to hotel availability.
Does the total value of the gift voucher have to be redeemed at once?
No, you can pay with the gift voucher and keep the remaining balance for later use. Gift vouchers can never be exchanged for cash.
I already have a reserved date to enjoy my purchase at the Hotel, can I modify or cancel it?
Once you have the date confirmed and reserved with the Hotel for the enjoyment of the purchased product, ou can modify or cancel it up to one day before the service. In case of cancelling, modifying or not showing up on the agreed day, the product will be considered consumed and invalid.
